Aztekan

Aztekan is a Los Angeles-based techno artist known for deep, driving, and hypnotic selections built around long-form pacing, tension, and groove. With over a decade connected to Southern California's underground scene, his sound is rooted in proper techno, focused mixing, and a direct connection to the dancefloor.

His music has appeared across respected labels and platforms including Modularz, Olympian, Illegal Alien, EvilGroove, Peer, Synthetik Sounds, Splitchecks Recordings, Concepto Hipnotico, and his own self-titled Aztekan imprint.

Beyond his work as an artist, Aztekan is the founder and curator of Kenopsic, an Inland Empire-based platform focused on underground techno, and the host of Kenopsic Radio, an ongoing mix series featuring artists from across the international techno scene.

As a DJ, Aztekan has performed across respected underground platforms including WORK & RE/FORM (6AM), Direct to Earth, OBSERVE, Techno Snobs, Kenopsic, Infra, and Unseen, with international experience including his Colombia Tour in 2024.
